A life shaped by building—teams, experiences, community, and the next version of becoming.
My work has moved through hospitality, leadership, events, mentorship, and community. The thread connecting all of it has been people—how we lead them, how we show up for them, and how we keep becoming more honest about who we are ourselves.
Mentoring foster youth has been one of the meaningful chapters of my life. It became part of a larger conversation about what happens when young people have someone willing to consistently show up.
Showing up can change the direction of a life.
The work is personal, but the idea is bigger: consistency matters. Presence matters. Sometimes being seen is where becoming begins.
